smievingen provides business training and career coaching, including career strategy, leadership development, professional skills, and career-transition support. Our Services are educational and advisory in nature. They are designed to support your own decisions and efforts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. By using them, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the Services for lawful purposes.
3. Enrollment and payment
- Programme prices are shown on our website in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Monthly plans are billed each billing cycle; annual plans are billed once for the year and reflect the advertised discount.
- Payment terms, session counts, and inclusions are confirmed at the point of enrollment.
4. Cancellations and refunds
New programmes include a 7-day satisfaction period from your first session, during which you may cancel for a refund of unused fees, subject to the conditions explained at enrollment. After this period, monthly plans may be cancelled before the next billing date. Specific refund terms for each programme are provided before you pay.
5. Your responsibilities
- Attend scheduled sessions or give reasonable notice to reschedule.
- Provide accurate information and engage in good faith.
- Use any materials we provide for your personal development only.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within our programmes — including text, graphics, frameworks, and materials — is owned by or licensed to smievingen and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our materials without our written permission.
7. Confidentiality
We treat information shared during coaching as confidential and expect the same from participants in group settings. We may use anonymised, non-identifying insights to improve our Services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, smievingen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant programme.
